My last successful down-load was made on Sept. 11, 2018. I tried restarting the down-loader as per directions on real-player support. But no change. Also tried several different browsers and No help. Please help..

  We have identified a known issue with certain videos where RealDownloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue.
