  We have noticed that YouTube has made some changes on their end and that is why RealDownloader is unable to download any music videos. We are working on resolving this.

  We will email you as soon as the issue is resolved.

  can't download videos.... it says no videos found at address. it just started on sunday jan. 20th. please email me with details. i pay money for this service!

  I use another program when I want a full playlist and that's been updated.
