I use both Chrome and Firefox.  Real-player use to work perfectly,....but now for the last year or so,...every single download I do,...the playback suffers from a greenish screen and pixels of large green squares,...in other words,...I have NO VIDEO PLAYBACK whatsoever.   What is going on?  I have tried everything to fix it but nothing helps,....PLEASE HELP.  THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
