Cannot download videos

I have just wasted an additional $24.00 by paying to download videos.  I had paid for the Premium several years ago and never had any issues.  Suddenly, I was unable to download videos.  I tried and tried, but thought maybe you had changed policies, so I paid an additional $24.00 this morning, all to find out that nothing works.....I was told again, I was unable to download videos. 

What can I do???  Can I get my payment back?  This saddens me that I cannot download videos after many years of being a "real player customer" and a fan of the simplicity and quality.

  As far as I can tell it is only YouTube which is affected. There were always a few videos that could not be downloaded, but now they have applied the block to everything. The real blame is on YouTube.

  We are aware of some changes made on websites like YouTube which has caused RealDownloader to not download videos.
