I should have mentioned that yes i did use the April 2019 update guideline, several tries, for uninstalling and reinstalling the software to try to get it working as Plus 18 again.  It didn't work.  

And i've found emails from realplayer with ticket nos about burning issues going back to at least 2017.  wouldn't that prove i've been paying for burning dvds?  that's all i ever used it for.  

or did the lifetime membership expire last June when the ad came out and start over again?  wish life worked that way.  Tell me my standing.  it's just too aggravating.
