I mean i have emails dated 2 and 3 yrs back with ticket nos. re dvd burning issues which is why i use realplayer, dvd burning, so how could i have been doing that if i hadn't paid for my license? AMEX has no record cos it was too many years ago and they are not as helpful with disputes as they used to be. they wont go to the merchant for that amount that long ago. Just keep scamming the seniors. no one cares.
Trying to Bill me AGAIN
i've been a paid customer for PLUS for about 12 yrs. when they sent out notice last summer it would be $10 more for Cloud, i didn't pay that cos i don't use cloud. Now they made me a free customer. My lifetime payment for PLUS is GONE. What gives. they tried to make me pay again after their disastrous 2013 incompatibility with youtube. i had this all straightened out, found out by accident now that i went back to my project, i'm a FREEBIE again, but i paid for LIFE. Is this really worth the stress????????????????
