still can't download

I went to program files as you told me too.It was2019.01.17 so I went to updates and let it download whatever was there.when it was all finished I restarted and rechecked and this is what I have now 2019.05.20 which is not the figure you gave me (2019.06.21).you also stated I did not follow instructions correctly. could you please be more specific it would really be helpful as you can see i'm really not that good at this.will await your reply thank you
