Trimmer doesnt't work

The trimmer does not trim....When it saves after timming, it saves the whole video..

What's up, sounds like an old issue that Real Player has not addressed?????

  We don't have any issues with Trimmer at this time. We just trimmed a video and it worked perfectly. Can you please let us know what is the file format you are trying to trim?
