It says I have no more space and to pay $4.95 a month for more. I am paying that and have had more than I do already before. Please correct this. Thanks

  We see that you have RealTimes Premium (Monthly) plan. This subscription comes with 25GB of Cloud storage. However, it appears that you have over 45GB of files stored in your Cloud. 

  Your options are as follows:

  1. Maintain your Cloud storage to be within your allocated storage.

  2. You can upgrade to 100GB plan if you wish to upload more files to the Cloud.
