I can't log in from a new laptop

I just logged in on my old laptop.

I'm trying to log in on my new laptop as well and it keeps telling me my password is wrong.

I literally just logged in with that password on my old laptop. I have both laptops on at the same time.

Why won't realplayer let me log in on a new device? I don't want to pay for a new account on every device. Especially when my old laptop is no longer functional.

  Can you please make sure you are using the correct email address? The email address used in this account is not a paid account. This email address has an extra "1" at the end of your numbers in the email address.
