Download Starts and fails seconds later. Have Latest Version Just Installed and Rebooted.

I have been unable to download for several days.  The symptom is that the video begins to download with a few millimeters of blue progress bar bit then stops and "Unable to download" displays.

I uninstalled Realplayer entirely and downloaded the latest version available.  The version of the downloader still show 24.0.3.312.  This is old!  the Update window states that the latest is installed and does not display the "Other Software" window as shown the website.  The latest version of the downloader is supposed to be 2025.9.23.0.

  An Update: I uninstalled again, rebooted and reinstalled Realplayer.  Checked for updates and this time, it indicated that the new downloader version 2025.9.23.0 was available so I clicked to download it.  However, what it installed was 24.0.3.312 version again!  Perhaps someone made a link error at Real Networks?  Now that it performed the install again, I cannot get to the download>other popup.  I am stuck!
