What do you have facebook set to for downloading videos?.

  There are no specific settings to download videos from Facebook. If you are able to download from YouTube etc, the same setting will be used to download videos from Facebook. That said, you are able to download videos from YouTube but not Facebook. So Facebook is not allowing you to downloading videos. You will need to contact them.
