DOWNLOAD TROUBLES

Like other's my downloads are incredibly slow. There are also times it says it can't download the video file I want. If I reload it 3 or 4 times it will start. But again SUPER SLOW. 

It seems to be getting worse, and has been going on a couple of weeks. 

I have a Lenovo Laptop running on widows 10.

  We have identified the slow download speeds. Our engineering team is looking into it. Unfortunately, we don't have a workaround at this time. We have added your email address to the list of affected users and we will email you as soon as the issue is identified & resolved.
