iPhone XR Videos in RealPlayer are choppy w/ audio and video

I spent literally hours trying to figure out how to download videos from my surveillance camera, to be able to share with another person.

Downloaded Realplayer on both PC Desktop Computer and iPhone XR, latest version software, Downloaded RealTimes, and there is no playing or sfinding the videos that I have emailed to myself and to another person.  What the heck???

Seems to be a waste of time, and nothing to show for it.

  Your security camera system may be using video codecs that are proprietary and not compatible with RealPlayer. This is probably why you are having this issue. The best thing to do is to convert your videos to MP4 which is universally played by most media players.
