  We don't offer support in Japanese. Most videos are "Live" videos at TwitCasting. While RealPlayer can't download "Live" videos, it should be able to download videos that are saved (post live). However, for some reason those videos are not getting downloaded. We have alerted our engineering group regarding that. They will look into it. We don't have an ETA at this time.
