    It seems like this issue often happens when the downloader can’t detect the video stream properly on certain sites, especially if the site uses newer formats or restrictions. From what others have experienced, updating RealPlayer and restarting your computer can sometimes fix it, since it forces the downloader to refresh in the background .

    If it’s only happening on one specific site, it might just not be supported anymore, so trying a different browser or checking for updates could help.

    Thank you, Robert I appreciate your time and effort in reaching back out to me. As I am a Real Premium User,  all updates are automatic, as is my Firefox browser. The adult sites, today, are what You Tube was a few years ago. They'd tist things around so as to prevent any downloading. But Real would come back and no more than a day later, we'd receive an email informing Premium users that You Tubes attempted issue is resolved. See, the thing is, my Real Downloader, like all Premium Users Downloaders' is "not afraid of anything." As long as your PC or Mac has enough memory, it will do as it is asked. That's why I'm annoyed that it's happening on this particular website, where it never had any problems, ever. If there is anything else that, either you or the Real Community can think of, please do not hesitate to reach out.  Again, thank you Robert for all your time, effort, and support, for they are truly appreciated.  Respectfully,

    I don't think the clock has anything to do with it. I think, in my case, that certain videos will just not be allowed to download. Most likely, each creator has instituted a super secret protocol that Real either cannot identify and bypass or Real has just given up because Real doesn't believe that there is any inherent value in providing the time and effort to fix it. I'm going to go with the super secret protocol per creator. It will save me from becoming even more frustrated than I already am. Respectfully, iamarocker@yahoo.com.
