Real Player freezes

When I bring up Real Player and click on anything the program freezes and I get the little wheel spinning. It won't stop, just stays in loading.

  This can happen if one or more files in your library are corrupted or if you have a bad installation of RealPlayer. Have you tried reinstalling RealPlayer to see if that resolves the issue? If the issue persists after reinstalling RealPlayer, please let us know.
