    Can you please follow these instructions after opening up RealPlayer? This information will help us better understand what might be causing it.

    • Open RealPlayer.
    • Open Task Manager.
    • Under Processes tab, click CPU until you see it in Descending order.
    • Please take a screenshot of the Task Manager displaying the highest CPU usage
