My recently upgrade order no: A-S0239773 was on 29 Apr 2021

Recently there was a pop-up Real player latest update. I click on it and turn out i was asked to upgrade. I had already upgrade and i also notice my download speed had change to 10 Mbps instead of unlimited. Why asked to upgrade and speed been change? Please look into this matter. And also, how to change my email address and password? I can't find the link to click on it. Waiting for reply.
