Cannot burn vcd

When trying to burn vcd the videos I want to burn I get this error "Folder not found " or it says "Files not found"

  To resolve this issue, perform a uninstall and re install of RealPlayer. Once installed, try to do the scan disk for media to import the files from computer to RealPlayer PC library. To do so, please https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204041533 

  Then try to play the video using RealPlayer before burning to VCD. If this does not resolve your issue, please let us know the progress.
