11/30/16 billing of $32.09 for REALPLAYER that does NOT WORK. Need a credit.

You have billed me for something that DOES NOT WORK and I request that you credit my Citi Dividend Visa card with the amount of $32.09. Perhaps the problem is that I am using Windows XP? I am deducting that amount from being paid on my current Visa credit card statement, as I find it totally impossible to reach any live person at your firm... even after trying so many times to reach someone at your website and by phone. I find it impossible to contact you in any other way. Please contact me in regard to your issuing me the credit. What I purchased DOES NOT WORK !
