Reverting to Realplayer Plus

Plus help me revert to RealPlayer plus.  I clicked the ok to upgrade by accident and it installed a version that I don't want plus it erased my playlists.  I want to revert back to my RealPlayer Plus.  Can someone hep me. Also, How do I talk with someone at realplayer. Thanks,Patrick.

  Unfortunately, it isn't possible to revert to an older RealPlayer version or restore playlists that have already been lost - I'm really sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

  Older RealPlayer versions are no longer supported or available for download. We always recommend using the most recent software that is available on our official website: http://www.real.com/
