downloading content
I go the email about my stored content being lost in late February. . I have downloaded your software to save my content, and I tried to sign in. However, in using realplayer and realtimes, I have never really had a user name. I tried my email, but it didn't work. I also tried signing in with Google, but when I signed in The screen just disappeared. Can you provide any assistance, either on my user name or Google issues. I would appreciate it. I have sent reset password link to the email address associated with this account. After resetting the password, you can use Downloader tool by clicking here or visit https://realtimes.real.com/account and login using email address and newly reset password to download the videos.
