I am having problems finding a site that offers the ffdd decoder, I have downloaded it too my computer but when it's downloaded I don't really know what to do plus I try burning my files again on DVD after downloading the decoder but it still won't burn and the same General Error message keeps coming up...please help

  A) For the DVD burning issue, please re-install RealPlayer as described here: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040013-Uninstall-and-reinstall-RealPlayer-on-Windows
  
  Now activate the Plus features.To  activate the Plus features, you should sign into the RealPlayer software. If you are already signed in, please sign out and sign back in.
  
  Sign out of RealPlayer:

  1. Open RealPlayer.
  2. Click the RealPlayer logo at the top left corner.
  3. Select "Sign out" from the drop-down menu.

  
  Sign into RealPlayer:

  1. Open RealPlayer.
  2. Click the RealPlayer logo at the top left corner.
  3. Select "Sign in" from the drop-down menu.
  4. Sign in with your email address and password.

  
  B) Try to burn a DVD, if the issue persists, install the K-Lite codec and then try to burn again:
