problem with downloading realplayer

Recently I have refresh windows on my PC. and my realplayer is deleted. Now I want to download it again and I have tried it severl time. It Simply does not show. Then just tried to check and download another media player. It downloaded immediately. That means there no problem with my computer.But Perhaps there some problem with realplayer downloading. Please guide me.
