Realcloud download tool
I received notification that as of Feb 28th realcloud files would not be available and instructions on downloading these files on to my computer. However when I start the download, it stops every time on the 9th file out of 712 and I get an Script error page. Whether I select yes or no to run the script, the download does not continue and it freezes up the download page. How do I correct this?

You can also download files one at a time by going to https://realtimes.real.com. Just log in to your account, go to Photos & Videos, right-click on a file, and select “Download Original.”

To help us troubleshoot this issue, please send us a screenshot of the script error, and let us know your computer's operating system (Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or 10) and what version of Internet Explorer you have.
