I can copy the URL of the broadcast and work from a total U TUBE download and find it from there only if it is a podcast.

I want to hit record now and then stop when the particular discussion is over. I want to record  1 to 3 minute segments at a time of a live broadcast.  I am a Real Times Premium subscriber.  Can I do this?  If so how?
