RealPlayer will not play. PERIOD

Every time I try to play a video "RealPlayer has stopped working" pops up and says "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."  

 

I have uninstalled/reinstalled numerous times but still will not work.  Tried to call the 206-674-2700 number twice, but both times they just hung up on me.  This is the sort of customer service provided after the take my money???

  This is most probably due to corrupted library. I've sent an email to you. We'll take it from there.

  Unfortunately, the answer to your question is "yes".

  There is no "Customer Service".  RealNetworks will only respond to account queries (in other words anything relating to taking your money), everything else will be redirected here where us poor souls will be left to try and figure things out for ourselves without much success as you can read for yourself.
