received a update notification tried to update and as usual(should have known) installation stuck at 50%. Closed and then noticed icon gone Tried uninstalling re-installing and still can't get the thing to work happens every time on updates. 

Won't uninstall through control panel or uninstaller had to manually delete. 

Any help be appreciated

  Please try installing the program again by following the instructions below:
  
  Click here http://www.real.com/ to download and install it. You will see a Window to agree with the terms of the service, click the X at the top right corner of the window. 

  

  A smaller window will pop up. Choose Alternate Installer.
  
  

  

  Now try to sign in. If the issue persists, please contact us back.
