downloader has stopped processing video downloads

 i have perhaps 10 videos waiting to download, tool bar icon says that the downloader has lost connection w/ your website, that it will resume when the connection has been re-established, is there anything I can do about this problem as I do not want to loose the downloads, tek

  I have lost my sound all together wonder if I shut something off by accedentis there any place icould check thank you.
