Downloader does not work

The drop down at the top of screen will indicate there is video to download and I'll click on it and all that happens is the circle with the arrow going around and around indicating its doing something. Then it stops and nothing. I set the address to download to in the preferences. It recognizes me as signed into my account. I subscribe to the premium features. I run Windows 10 and I have the latest version of real player. 

One other comment. the realtimes, realplayer is confusing. why give them separate names. Making a story from videos, pictures, and sound is not neccessary in my opinion. Most people use a video editor. Why not stick to what made your company? You keep trying to add to it. It's never worked like it used to since you added that feature.
