    -  Sign in to your RealTimes account through this

    link https://realtimes.real.com/myaccount.

    - Click on RealPlayer (logo at the top right)

    - Go to Account Settings

    - Click on Devices to manage you device.

    Make sure you have RealTimes installed on the device so that it can be linked to RealTimes
