a general error has occured - the paramater is incorect

I have looked at all of the community post and performed all of the suggestions in the posts 1. I played the song before burning It.  2. I had the geek squad come into my computer and reinstall the disc drive.  3. I have reinstall the real system according to you instructions.  Can someone reach me to solve this issue.
