CD Track # not loading

I downloaded the latest Realplayer.  When I import music tracks (mostly audio books) from my computer, the track # is not loading into the "CD Track #" field. I can't figure out if it's another field. I know they have numbers assigned because I loaded the files into the "old" Realplayer just fine, and I can see the track # in windows explorer. How can I get the track # to show in the library?

  We have changed our process for retrieving music data, and this is now a paid feature of RealPlayer Plus.

  Even a free version of Real Player should load the track number of a CD!  This is a clear push to move to the paid version, so I'll just stop using Real Player.

  I just updated my real player for $39.99.  It sucks.  I would like to talk to someone or get my money back
