RealDownloader Reduced Functionality

I've been using RealPlayer's RealDownloader for over 15 years and was perfectly content with the free version. However, I'm very disappointed with the reduced functionality of the downloader packaged with RealPlayer 18; it will only download one video at a time (usually at < 1 Mbps). If the file is large, by the time it's done half the other videos in the queue show "Unable to download". If this is a gimmick to push the premium service, it's backfiring.
