Not getting the Plus feature

I purchased Real player plus, and had all the features, such as the 10 band equaliser, cross fader etc. Not sure what has happened of late, but these features are no longer accessible.I have Realplayer 18, the most recent after checking. The access to support just leads you in a circle, which is frustrating. I have gone through the process of clicking the updates and this just tell me to try again later, this has been ongoing for several months. Need support, please.

  In order to activate your Plus features you need to sign in to RealPlayer. To do so, follow the below article:

  In the new version RealTimes the option is replaced by a star symbol at the top right corner. After you are signed in, you should see a star symbol (*) followed by your name located in the upper right corner of the player.
  
  Note:The star symbol denotes that your Plus features has been activated.
