Playback issue

i am happy again. i got new update download from microsoft. reinstalled realplayer. playback works. thanks for pointing me in the right direction

  What Microsoft update and for what Windows OS did you get?

  What direction did they point you in?

  Microsoft announced a new update (Windows 10) on March 20 (KB4015438) that corrects this issue. This update can be downloaded and installed from Windows Update. For more information, visit the Microsoft support site.
