This player is garbage

 I purchased the plus after realtime locked me out of my old version, and it does not work. The dvd picture is scrambled. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice.I did all the updates it said I needed. It still is not working.

  I update my free version and you can’t download videos anymore but my converter works so far.
