importing media
why is real player 20/20 so slow importing audio or video into the library, it is appallingly slow. to scan my audio folder which currently holds about 12000 songs takes about 25 minutes. which is very slow. Why is this? My pc is more than capable i am running intel i7 9700 with 32gb ddr4 memory and high-end graphics card. my pc is very very fast, except when i am using real layer.

We are not sure why it is this slow. We have not experienced such a slowness. Would you be available for a remote session so one of our technical support representative can look at it remotely?
