Yes, you can if you don't want this to show up. Please look at the screenshot below and uncheck "Enable one click celebrity identification during video playback."

Remove avitar when video clips runs
When a real video clip plays an annoying avitar appears on the upper left corner of the clip. How do you stop that momentary face from appearing on the clip? When you move the cursor it disappears. I dont want it to appear at all.
