runtime error: use of invalid editor "Stream::StreamFileEditorBase"

I've always been able to burn DVDs but am now getting "runtime error: use of invalid editor "Stream::StreamFileEditorBase".  How can I get Real Player to burn DVDs again?

  This error usually shows up due to one of the following reasons:
  
  1. Corrupted installation of RealPlayer.
  2. Corrupted videos.
  3. Corrupted/bad DVD disk.
  4. Faulty DVD drive.

  Please reinstall RealPlayer to make sure it is not an installation issue. If you still get into the same error, try with a different file, DVD disk.

  Reinstalled and tried different videos and disc's, including ones that worked before and get the same message. Any suggestiond?

  We have sent you an email. We'll take it from there. We suspect that if the issue persists after all that you've done, the DVD drive is the problem. Anyway, let's take it offline.
