fast forward / Slow motion missing in toolbar

I just installed Realplayer in a new computer.  Playing a video, the fast forward and slow motion controls on the toolbar are missing.  I can still find them in the Realplayer/Play menu but they used to be right there on the screen.  How can I get them back?

  For now it is not available in the player itself. Our engineering team and product team are looking into it and might be available in a future release. No ETA at this time. Apologize for the inconvenience.
