Downloading friends videos And installing RealPlayer Premium which I've paid for

My RealPlayer version is 20.0.3.314 which I downloaded from a link provided by one of your technicians. I still don't know if this is the Premium program.

When I try to download friends' videos, I get either "no videos found" or "unable to download". This started about a month ago. I've successfully downloaded before. What need I do?

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

  Please note: If the videos are DRM protected, you will not be able to download them.
