Youtube download issues

I have the latest Realplayer 2020 installed but, like others, am having a problem downloading videos on YouTube. I have followed advice on here, and have even uninstalled and reinstalled Realplayer, but the issue is the same. Can you advise me what is going on as up until last week I was able to download without any issues. I have looked for the Realplayer/Real viddll file, but it isn't showing up on my pc, so I can't check the version, but as I reinstalled again today I would assume that it is the latest version, esp as it says no further updates are needed.

  We identified the problem regarding the inability to download videos from YouTube and fixed it now. YouTube made some changes on their end so it broke our Downloader's compatibility. Here is what you should do to update the Downloader.

  1. Using Chrome, Firefox or Edge, go to YouTube.com and play any video and click the Downloader button. (This action may still show "Unable to download" message)
  2. Close all Windows,
  3. Restart your PC.

  Now try downloading your video. If the issue persists, please let us know.

  Same here. Only a limited number of videos will download. Vast majority give 'No videos to download on this page'
  
  Can't download Playlists either. Been working fine for months; now virtually useless.

  still not down loading videos ..same old problem...
