Error Trying to copy a movie to DVD

This is the message I get when I try to copy a movie - 

The software that's used to decode the media is not available on this system. Installing the correct decoders for the files you are working with may help to correct the problem.

  This message indicates that the video you are trying to burn to a DVD has some codecs that are not compatible with RealPlayer DVD Burn. Here is a workaround:

  • Use RealConverter and convert the video you are trying to burn to MP4. (even though the current file is in MP4 format, doing this step will ensure that the codecs built into the MP4 video will be compatible with RealPlayer DVD Burn)
  • Add the converted file to your DVD Burn list.
  • Click Burn
