ERROR: Cannot download videos from this page.
The fix did not work for me. I'm running several browsers (BRAVE, FIREFOX, AVG, CHROME, EDGE) and this fix has not worked with any of them. I have even re-installed RealPlayer and repeated the process with the fresh install, but I keep getting the same error. I'm running the latest version of WIN 10 (Version 22H2). There were some WIN10 updates just a couple of days ago, so maybe something in the updates is killing download function.

.NET Cumulative Update (KB4023057)
Within 2 days of these updates, RealPlayer started acting up. I'm just throwing out some guesses here.

With regards to the inability to download videos, we were able to identify the root cause and our engineering team was able to resolve it. To be able to download videos again, please follow these steps.
1. Attempt to download any video of your choice (You will still have the same error).
2. Simply restart your computer after this.
3. Upon restarting your computer, the Downloader will be updated in the backend and your downloads should start working.0
