Can't download videos on YouTube

After I updated to the latest version of RealPlayer22, I still can't download videos from YouTube.  I have been a long time premium subscriber and this has not been a problem for many many years until recently.  Please help.  Ben.

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there. Also, please let us know what web browser are you using to download videos.

  RN Support,  I see product version: 2023.3.3.0.   The web browser I used to download the YouTube videos is Brave.  Thanks, Ben.

  We only support Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge. So please try with one of these supported browsers and let us know if you are still unable to download videos.
