When I sign it, it asks for my e-mail and password. I send my e-mail address and password and it won't accept one of them. . . not sure which because it doesn't say. I have been a loyal member of Real player for several years and it generally has always worked well. Not sure which version I have but I believe it was Real Player Plus. I want to upgrade to the next level (not premium) but the one just below that. I want, most importantly to continue using a RP and NOT TO LOOSE MY PLAYLISTS. Thank you. Please respond.

If you installed RealPlayer 22, you will need to upgrade to activate Plus features in RealPlayer 22 as this is a different product with additional new features.
