access my realplayer 22

I have a new laptopHP device ID 9BE38861-B544-47D9-B076-4A0C953714D5 since june , since  then I can not access my real player 22  or 20/20 I do not remember plan , anyway ,a plan of unlimited speed plan with multiple downloading.  I had sent several e mails via yahoo without response.
