ianzeren@yahoo.com is the email associate with the account and it was a misspelled it should have been iamzeren@yahoo.com

i can not do it because,it is not allowing mei send 3 e mail and called without any lock

  Your site says i have 9 account with have realplayer on it. can you delete all of them but the laptop that i am on.
